Well I was gonna say that I hope you get better soon, but seeing as how that post is a year old I guess you're fine
(unless you somehow got sick again one year from that post...how weird would that be??). If I can I just pop some sleeping pills and/or try to stomach some comfort food when I'm not feeling well.

If I start to feel queasy, usually I try to make sure it isn't gas (yeahh...). If I start vomiting, I chill at home and play a game I haven't really got into yet, or watch an anime I haven't finished yet.
Thankfully my stomach hasn't caught a bug in awhile, and usually I just deal with gas. Blame fast food.
