This is probably the most easiest way to DO ; Until and Unless you have Permissions To run CMD as Admin :
Otherwise it wouldn't work out.Trust Me.
The other way is the Linux(Thumb Drive) Method . Not so tough . You can do it easily after one time practice .Google IT .

yes, it's not as easy as the steps explained, e.g:
- if there's just one account, and it's administrator and you don't know the admin password
- if you're limited user, which won't allow you to change the password even though you run that command
there's trickies for this, but each of them has their own weakness:
- replace sticky keys (which can be invoked by pressing "Shift" 5 times) with the command. so, when we are in the logon screen tap "Shift" 5 times, and cmd pop up on the screen and has the administrator access
weakness: how we replace cmd.exe with sticky keys program?
- enter the safe mode (which can be invoked by pressing F8 repeatedly before windows loading logo appears on screen when booting), enter "administrator" account. usually admin account is left without password so just click the admin's user logon at logon screen and we can accessed the entire administrator account
weakness: what if admin's pass changed?

No, it doesn't work :/ because if you are limited user or Admin just protect password well, this method don't work.
