Ive asked a few people, its seems you do need a referral code if from the US, UK and Europe customers dont.

That's not true and it's actually quite common misconception. Torrent sites are perfectly fine as is any file sharing network. It's the content that you share/download that matters and that determines the legality.

BitTorrent networks are used for downloading Linux distributions for example, or even music that authors release for free and it's all perfectly legal. Still... quite a lot people think that torrent site is illegal. So again: it's the content, not the medium.

Yes yes, sorry, bad wording on my part. xD I meant to say that torrenting music that otherwise isn't available free e.g piracy, isn't legal.
