These are rather old.. Dorks are becoming more and more less valuable these days. You dont think IT's and admins start to take these specific dorks into account when they are creating a site. Yes there may still be some idiots out there who dont know php and dont have any idea how to sanitize user input but still not as many vulnerabilities as there use to be. :c
