There is a VERY secure way that you can use all of this if you are doing something extreme. Here is how:
1: Connect to a VPN. 2: Connect to a RAT victim. 3: Connect them to a VPN. 4: Connect them to the web via proxy. 5: Do what is needed.
This would look like this in a connection map:
VPN>Victim>VPN>Proxy>Web
This seems like it would be VERY hard to get through to find you.
