Wow. That means its really much more dangerous than I thought at 1st instance. People will have more tendency of clicking on a picture file and would be less suspicious too..

You can make it even more easier, Java drivebys is probably the most spreading method if you wanna do it on peope you know. If you just wan't slaves, you can go ahead and upload torrents or go to adult chats.

It does not infect the victim when the vi clicks the picture...you will have to rename the file back to exe for it to work...it is basically useless for spreading.

Did not woked for me..the hidden .exe file din not infected!!!!!!!
