I'm using Emkei's Fake Mailer (same address as !PrinceHackz! posted above) and it works fine. Although if you're sending to a Hotmail-address, it will automatically be classified as spam and the receiver may not take notice.
The Facebook group always sign their mail with: The Facebook Team
They don't have any specific email-address if you want to get in touch, but you can use following address as a sender:
info@support.facebook.com
and
@facebookmail.com
