This batch is ok. I dislike a lot of the black-hat stuff these days. It isnt mine though, it is part of a batch generator apparently. I found it on another site and fixed it up some because the syntax was a little off.

Maybe this can be altered to remove these said AV's from startup menu.
I guess you need to integrate this with some social engineering.
