I don't know, the only way i "trained" for ctf's was doing them and learning on the go through online resources. Every CTF i've done has gotten progressively better, though i have only competed in the High-school specific ones cause im still in HS (((((). I have learned a bunch tho, and there are already a bunch of sites (like hackthissite.com) that do ctf-like training. Going back and doing CTF's that are already over is also a good way to train. usually they keep the challenges up, and the points are added to your acc, just not on a public scoreboard.

thats some resources i know of. Getting "The Art of Exploitation" by John Ericson is also a good starting point for hacking
