Trust me, I have PLENTY of experience with moving out before I should. I did the couch surfing thing, the live-out-of-your-car thing, all while making $6.00/hr part time hours. It's not a comfortable place to be.
I obviously don't know your back story, so if it's an abusive situation you need to seek professional assistance in your area.
Otherwise, do not make such a drastic change until you are good and ready/able. Too many people make such changes and think "well things will just work out". They don't. ever. The only way things just "work out" is if you are one. lucky. person.

and it sort of is abusive, ive learned to not care what she says because ive heard it all.
and she hasn't done anything physical to me for a few years since i am 6 foot 6 she cant really do anything anymore. The main thing is the house is disgusting.
Literally a path between all the shit in the house to get to the kitchen. Her room is literally a litter box. She keeps the cats in there for some fucking reason. We have to go in there everytime we need water because the bathroom sink leaks and she wont get it fixed or allow me to fix it. so i have to step in cat shit and piss everytime i want to fill my water bottle up to go biking.

I had a friend who lived under similar circumstances when we were in high school. There's many directions things could go in your current situation so you need to decide what is best.
at 8 an hour, max 20 hours a week, your max income before taxes is about $640 a month. after taxes you are probably closer to 450-500 a month. That's max, at 20 hours a week, 8 dollars an hour. "Cheap" rent is about $450 a month, and usually doesn't include the cost of electricity/heat/internet/etc; some places do include a few things in their rent such as heat. Do you have bills right now? Do you have a car? phone? Are you in school? College? Obviously all those things add additional monthly cost, and unfortunately at your current income, you're already over budget.
Do you have a bank account? If not, you should look into getting one. If you do, good.
It's hard for me to make much recommendations especially since I don't really know you, and if you are under 18, there isn't much you can do as a minor. My suggestion remains the same about staying put for now, however if the situation continues to degrade, you may well need to talk to a professional. Situations such as yours can become quite unstable quickly though, and if things are as unhealthy are you are indicating, there is a potential for CPS to step in and take over making decisions (placing minor children in foster care and what not).
Just make sure you look at things from all angles before making decisions, because choices you make often have ever-lasting consequences, be they good or bad.
