It's buggy and can't connect to servers to download the maps. You have to export them over PC.

That explains a lot. Tried to use it before but it didn't work real well.

You are correct. I have a galaxy tab 3, can I use it to play osu! ?

Right, but... how do I do it? Are you talking about the "osu!" app on the play store? If so, it sucks and is not functional...

Or could I use my tab as a controller?
