I wouldn't know for sure, although I have a feeling Paypal allows you to attach a credit/debit card to your account and use it as a payment option.

I haven't been the best of friends with PayPal in the past (lost around $1,000, kind of a big hit for someone with no job at the time).

I know for a fact that they let you. If your account get locked or whatever your card should still be fine.

I know they let you, I used to use it. Then I lost a bunch of money (more than I had), and I had debt collectors up my ass for well over a year. Probably not good that I was 15 at the time as well.

Yep. It was a measly $30 too. I'd get 2+ calls every day. They gave up though.
