Everyone is different and thinks differently. Take me for example I don't tell anyone close to me with the exception of 2 people about any of my mental problems my family doesn't even know they exist. Its nicer to have them think that you are happy and content with life because people treat you differently when there is mental instability involved and it just causes more stress. Usually if people are going to commit suicide they don't talk about it, they don't fail at it they just do it.
