Somewhat related too, but the rules portion of not posting NSFW stuff seems to be moot too, since we have a NSFW and Hentai section.

Actually all these points seem to be... Fairly weak.
Rules run by what can be described as, in my opinion, 'Level 5 Priority'.
It's the standard. It's what runs the place. It's a blanket for most issues.
Then there's 'Level 4-1' priority, ranging from special conditions to special protocol which overrides the lower level.
Think of it like a card game:
The rule says you may only place one card per turn.
However, you have a card that says you may place two.
As a result, you will place two, because the card has higher priority, and thus, overrides standard rules.
The NSFW Section and Purchase SP from the Site ability are both that card to the rules.
As such, I see little to no need in updating the rules to any extensive degree.

I would agree with you, though I believe rules, no matter how prioritized; need to be updated fairly regularly to avoid misunderstandings.

That rule was enforced last year to stop regular members from selling SP, I believe. I think Feat or someone was caught with the act.
