This error means that there is no space left on the hard disk supposedly for the post to be stored in the database. After a few queries directed at Google I found the following resource: http://www.cyberciti.biz/faq/mysql-error-28-and-solution/

This issue should be fixed, as I believe @rmicrowave is correct. We keep a large amount of backups on the server and don't have a huge amount of storage space left.
