Well, that's up to Oni. It is his forum, afterall. Chances are, it won't happen. But SL is like the American government. The people have the power, and if a big group of us agree on something, Oni will wave his magic wand and make it happen.

Well that'd be the point of a forum, no? Having different opinions.
I love SL, I love most people here, and I do respect Oni, but I still think that decision was a wrong one, but as you said about it being his forum, I won't break my own chops over it, and I don't think many others would either.

I still might make a more brutal and "Fuck you" version of this for comedy, just to ventilate towards new members who have odds stacked against them in me liking them.

Expect me to use the word "Dickwaffle" liberally.

That's kind of what I was hoping for in making this thread. I still have a bit of faith in those 20-30% new members who would actively browse and regular here, that they could grow into contributing members of the community who people like, unlike the mass majority of the rest.

I'm just stating the potential futility of your efforts, however sweet and well-intended as they may be, since I really don't think anyone who would pass filtering would be worth much anyways.
Then again, as a fatalist and misanthrope, I really really think you should take this opinion with a mountain of salt.

I seriously have no respect for new blood.

I'm sorry, mom...

(Also, a little off topic, @MiS, Mekaku City Actors is getting really interesting)

I like seeing the brighter sides of things! But that doesn't in no way mean I'll throw out your opinion - as a matter of fact, I'm actually glad you have such a strong one.

As for your last comment, I'm a living testament to that argument, aren't I? I haven't even hit one month old yet, ne.

@Duubz Make a thread about it! No spoilers though, please. ; w ;

I would, but the anime is still ongoing. Though it's really good, it could have a reall shitty ending. I doubt that, though. We'll just have to wait until it's done.

You don't count. You were under the radar.

Only reason I even knew about you was because Custy likes you, and I can't help but give a chance to anyone Custy likes.

Really? I was against it, even though it made this place feel exclusive... I had a lot of people to invite at the time.

If we tried it again, could we make it so that each member has a set amount of invitations per week/month, and this increases as you become elite/super elite?

And thank you, @MiS for making this thread, I hope it'll be used.

I'd remove the point about advertising your product, that's not really the idea of Sinisterly...
Or at least make sure to say that it has to be within a specific section, and that other forums cannot be advertised.
