Yes, but there's a difference between the legit and cracked version. Can you find anywhere that says the legit version is backdoored?

They've admitted that it's backdoored, it's just the purpose that people are debating about.

What do you think the purpose is?

I'd say probably as part of an exploit as they don't need access for troubleshooting.

I heard it was so that they could prevent scams with the in-client exchange. At least that's what they claimed.
