I'd suggest just using SoftEther VPN Client manager.. It gives you a hug3 list of vpn/proxys to use! Its also FREE. (just try'n to help)

There's so many tools of similar nature to this (If not almost the same), such as Real Hide IP, Easy Hide IP, Quick Hide IP, Super Hide IP and the list goes on. All named differently, but serve the exact same functionality and objective.

This looks incredibly sketchy, not only that but you mention that others can 'log into your computer' and so on, as if you were implying that this will happen if you don't use a vpn, so are we talking about a vpn or a rat here?
