Depends on the brand though. where i live we usually only get a terrible tasting no-name brand.

I like the Americana instant noodle Top Ramen. It's just salt and flavor but I love it for some reason.

I'd go with instant noodles because of the greated variety of taste and level of convienience.
Lasagna just takes too much time to make and although it's taste is Heaven, it's pretty much always the same.
Instant noodles though take only like 10 min max to make and their taste varies from bitter-sweet noodles to the fires of Tartaros (I prefare the spicy ones) and much more, even crab :O

I like instant noodles, but I like lasagna too.

You can't really compare the two in my opinion. Lasagna is like a dinner type thing and instant noodles is a snack. Just my opinion though.
