Depends on the type of test, body weigh, how much & often you smoke and metabolism rate. Myself being extremely skinny, and can't eat enough to gain weigh, and only using occasionally, I've passed urine tests after 6 days without anything coming of it.
Follicle tests are a different story.

Whenever people use letter grades I automatically assume elementary school. But maybe that's just because my school system is different. Of course, having straight A's is still impressive.
