In all honesty, screenshots don't really mean a lot officially. If you do wish to take lawful action, you'll need to hit up your ISP.

Reason being, tools like Photoshop exist.

Just tell him to stop or else report it to your ISP and like suggested before if you have an dynamic IP reset your router and you have a new IP.

Your ISP can also block out the attacks. They have logs of in and outs through to your IP.

I would contact your ISP, Tell them he is DDoSing you and that you want to get some info on him.
Then you can call the cops.
