Adding an award like this would just make people want even more awards for different increments. There are already a lot of awards, but it's up to Dissociation.

Awards are very important and getting referrals would grow the community.

You can still gather referrals without the extra awards. I understand the incentive behind it, but we already have a referral award. If you want an award, then I'll pay you $5 for every 15 referrals.
