RE: [Fitness] Help - Eternal Minds - 12-20-2013 As stated by Leader, basic workouts are the best. I do around 100 crunches a day, and other workouts. I work out my legs and arms by carrying those 24 pack waters, and going up & down stairs. Doesn't do a lot for abs, but w/e. RE: [Fitness] Help - Feat - 12-20-2013 If you're looking for something really interesting for your abs that also strengthens your shoulders you should try out this: http://www.yogajournal.com/poses/2462 Its yoga but its actually really great. Its kind of like a makeshift pushup and its somewhat harder/easier depending on who you are. RE: [Fitness] Help - scoop - 12-20-2013 i say just do sit - ups & push - ups. if your school has a weightlifting room, like mines, just go up there with a friend a couple times in the school week. i recommend around 30 push - ups when you wake up, then 30 before you go to bed. do the same for sit - ups, but 50. also, never stop for more than around 5 seconds while doing your exercises. you want to feel the burn, lbs. hope this helps. RE: [Fitness] Help - Fallen - 12-20-2013 Chest / bench presses, and lat workouts will contribute to your chest and upper body. RE: [Fitness] Help - Kaylah - 01-10-2014 I do crunches, nightly, which help to define my abs. Good nutrition while you are sticking to a workout routine is also helpful. Give it 4-5 weeks to see the results start to come through. RE: [Fitness] Help - htr693 - 01-13-2014 For workouts of all kinds, I would highly recommend the website www.fitnessblender.com It is the best one I've come across for home workouts, as well as the easiest to follow and search. In the homepage, you can search workouts by type, length, difficulty, and it will come up with all the workouts that might be good for what you want. Keep your goals attainable, and have fun getting fit! |
