Charges and jailtime are only if they are reported. & if anyone does report someone on this forum for that, they're an even bigger fag. (02-19-2014, 08:54 PM)Oni Wrote: Who cares? This. Most I've ever seen someone get for a small time website is just a slap on the wrist. PRISM on your forehead. RE: User posts this month - Equinox - 02-19-2014 (02-19-2014, 10:58 PM)BreShiE Wrote: You're all going to fucking jail. Why should I go to jail yet you don't even though you've done worse? Who goes to jail in a criminal system more often, the underlings, the ones who commit small time crimes, or those who head up systems, the big hitters, those who use what they can as best as they can? Feds/Police will go after the small time, little ones, because they are easier to catch. The charges would be less, but its about filling a quota, not stopping crime. Even so, you haven't touched anything beyond accessing what you shouldn't. Even if you had the worse defense ever, a fair minded judge would basically say "Don't do it again, and get out of my courtroom". |
