As a rule I never go into apology frenzy. I let her cool down a little and tell her I was wrong to do that and I'm sorry. That's about it. If she wants to be with me she will forgive me.

The best excuse is when they say sorry doesn't clear all of it, and you're only saying sorry as an instant forgive.

Space.. . Me and my ex... We've had so many issues and honestly we just completely ignored eachother for a year... We started talking again and now we're fairly good friends and we get along and forgave eachother.. Just give it time and see what happens.
Of course she is your girlfriend, so you cant really just not talk for a year, but just move on and give it time.
