It simply tastes off. It's hard to put my finger on it, but simply the feeling of "bootleg".
The aftertaste is what I have serious issue with.

I'm trying to remember what changes I make to mine that basically eliminate any aftertaste, I know it has something to do with adding something.

The only (fake) Mexican food I've ever eaten is a Burrito. They are amazing and non-believers should be shunned.
