These kids are 7th graders(meet them whilst they were in 6th due to my friends idiotic sister). I know one has been left back like twice.

Left back? You mean like having to take a year over again? If that is what you mean, then the chance of that happening here in Norway is so slim that I can't even say that it is possible.

Yes that is exactly what I mean my good sir. In the area I live its quite common.

The school system here in Norway works so that you have a 100% chance at coming into any school. It may however not be what you want to go to and educate you in.
