Lots of people say they don't keep logs, but actually do. There's always a risk.

Lots of people say they don't keep logs, but actually do. There's always a risk.
So far I've heard is that VPN companys always keep logs they hold it for a limited time then they'll put it away.

In general the privacy protection laws in Europe are much better, compared to USA.

OpenVPN definitely log, I think you'll find all do actually. There's never truly a no-logs VPN, you should all be aware of this. You're better of using HTTP Proxies or SOCKS.

Depends on what you're going to use it for though.
But I have to agree with BreShie. You're better of with HTTP proxies or SOCKS for internet browsing.
