I certainly would, but to an extent.
I'm currently reading a book and the grandmother is beating her kids for saying "by the way" because "God is the only way."
I'd date any religious person as long as they weren't to extreme about it.

Yes and no. If I was to have a relationship with a theist I don't want them shoving it in my ass attempting to turn me into a theist. I'd never go out wih a devout theist...ever.

You know, I find religion just a premise to start a fight. It's a belief system and everyone has their own beliefs, it's sort of ridiculous that a whole world who can fly to the moon, and visit other planets cannot get over just that. My bad, that's my opinion on this topic..but back on to the actual question. Would I still pursue the relationship? I wouldn't pursue, I'd execute. Why shouldn't I? Like I stated above, everyone has their own beliefs, if you like someone, you like them for everything they bring to the table. Not just tits like Blue said, (don't get me wrong I love tits!). Although..they would be a nice addition, I'd prefer to have a relationship with someone who looks like a 7/10 and I can keep a conversation with, then a 10/10 that cannot spell the alphabet.

Wow I got way off topic, my answer is yes. Yes I would still pursue them.

Wow, thanks for your response Logic.

The reason why it may become a big deal would be when it comes to raising the child on a religion, getting married at a church, no sex until marriage. Just little things here and there that may affect the relationship.

But I definitely agree with dating a decent looking, intelligent chick. Intelligence is a HUGE bonus/turn on for me so the 7/10 in looks might even be higher.

I think I would.
If me and the other person got along, had similar interests and likes I think we could get along well.
I have no problem with those who are religious. It's just not my cup of tea and as long as they accept my belifs like I respect theirs we'd probably get along great.

No problem Chaos (I almost called you chilled, seems like a more suitable name for you, I don't know why I'm still ranting on about that name). Either way, someone has to make up for the lack of arguments after what happened to Evangelist, I suppose I could step up to the plate. I'll just need to get on more frequently, ehh?

Either way, I personally am a Catholic, not a very strong believer at that. But I still follow some of the rules of Catholicism out, not many though. Weird thing is, my girlfriend is Muslim. So if anything, I know a bit about the topic, it's a tough thing to do. To have topics about religion, with someone you love, in where they have a total different set of beliefs. Although, at the same time it's not hard. If you love someone you can compromise. Her and myself have agreed to the fact, that someone created all of us, or just something. Who or what did it, or when it happened is up to ourselves.

(P.S. Sorry for the late reply, tons of applications, and work.)

Hey, don't worry about late replies. Situations come up for me and everyone else.

I'm actually don't even know what happened to Evangelist. I liked him though.

I was actually born a Catholic (or born into a Catholic family if that makes more sense). I remember when I was younger and I'd browse the internet and read people bashing religion and providing solid viewpoints on how I may be wrong and that God isn't a fact.

I was always disgruntled afterwards and would usually go into a state of denial and pretend that everything they said was false and that they didn't actually mean that. Looking back at it, it was probably for my own comfort. But seeing how much Atheism affected me and almost made me dislike someone who would say those things about the God I "loved" makes me wonder if some people would actually deny a relationship with someone of extreme differing beliefs like that. Especially if it evokes the same emotions out of them as it did to me. Granted I was young, innocent, and ignorant. But, I'm sure some people, for their own benefit if anything, would not fall in love with someone who didn't believe and vice versa.
