I drink a lot, only recently trying to cut down eg. as of the start of this year
I used to smoke a lot of weed but its agreeing with my brain less these days

I smoke tobacco sadly. I say sadly cause I managed to stop and I started again recently. When I'm stressed my brain automatically thinks of smoking tobacco, it's pretty rough. That's because in my family everyone smoke, and I'm near smokers since I was a little kid, even when I was still in my mother's belly.
I'm pretty sure that's the reason I automatically think to tobacco when I want to be stress-free, I always had cigarettes around my house and always inhaled passive smoking in my life..
