Depends on a lot of things, for me personally, I prefer Samsung/Android. If I'd have to recommend a phone for my parents though, I'd much rather buy them an iPhone. iPhones are just way more focused on the overall user experience and are easier to handle.

Used Samsung phones for years, but made the switch to iPhone this year. kinda enjoying it but still prefer Samsung/Android in general
