Neither. Probably Naruto if I had to pick sans the final arc. One Piece is cool, but I feel it has pacing problems galore, lots of stupid character designs, and plenty of content that should have been skipped.

One Piece:
Better characters
Better and more consistent plot
More engaging lore
Better worldbuilding
Naruto:
Better music
Better fights

Neither are very good, but if I was forced to watch one or the other clockwork orange style, I'd probably pick naruto (if I had a choice) because it's shorter.

Grew up with Naruto, didnt give One Piece a chance for a long time. After getting into One Piece I would sadly have to say One Piece
