He means to remove the animation from the actual text on the signature and only place the current animation on the Diamond over the "I".

Yeah I am also wondering the same thing. I will be adding an animation Tut either today or tomorrow.

It looks pretty cool. Good job. Another animation idea is to have random sparkles every few seconds in random parts of the text.

I actually did try that, couldn't figure it out though.
Sparkles are decently annoying to create in Photoshop, as you would need to animate each and every one of them over several frames.
