If English is not your first language, then it's acceptable... It's the people who know better and still type like that, that are the ones who need to have a few English dictionary's thrown at their faces. Makes you want to sit them down at a computer and say "When you are typing, you need to type ALL of the letters so other people will understand what you are saying (WHICH IS THE WHOLE POINT OF COMMUNICATION) rather than typing in retard code? Ok - you got it? Good."
