Well, it does take a long time to do anything, so an addicted player might very well want to gain some boosts or another.
Not only that, but it's actually not against the rules to sell in-game objects and accounts for actual currency.

The owners, and I fucking love this, consider your account to actually be your property, rather than a sort of "loan", like every other game ever.

Can't say for certain what the market is, but I have heard that some people will pay upwards of $100 to get the best armor in the game. Thing is, it's almost impossible to get in the normal course of things, so it'd take a large amount of time invested into it to even get that. And by "large amount of time", I'm talking several years.

However, you might be able to piggyback off of the work of other people. That is, buy an abandoned account that has been used for years, and use that to start cranking out high quality items to sell for cash, in bulk.

It's very grind-heavy, I've been playing for about 15 hours and I'm only halfway done building my 1-tile house.

But that's what I love about it. You work hard to make everything, and even the simplest things are worthy of pride.

I've been trying to get people in on it, but I guess it's not for everybody. Still, if you check it out and like it, I'm on the Deliverance server.

I'll get this once I'm home... which is sunday night... Can we have a Sinister Alliance? Wink

Man, i downloaded it thinking it was free. It looks cool but cant afford these monthly games!

It's free, up to a point.
You can have a free account for months before you'd even need a premium one, because of the slow skill gains.
Unless you try to get into Elevation. That's the only premium-only server.
