RE: Do you hate when this happens? - lux - 01-05-2014 My girlfriend will only watch dubs, I hate them. Subs ftw! Besides unless you are watching Space Dandy, if you are keeping up with recently released anime, subs are to be expected. That was very in depth. But also very true. I get annoyed sometimes when I watch subs from one upload of the show and go to watch it from another uploader, the translation differs. I don't mind about small things, but a lot of the time it's a big meaning difference! Although, that's what happens with translation so I guess I should just be lucky I can get subs. Or we should all learn Japanese. Dubs have to be extremely awesome to stand on the same level as the original audio. RE: Do you hate when this happens? - Lain - 01-14-2014 I only watch my anime abridged, so I've never experienced any problems. For two reasons: - I love the original soundtrack. - I'm used to subs. Where I come from where every foreign show is subbed. (Good for learning English)(I learned mine mostly on MTV) RE: Do you hate when this happens? - Customer - 01-30-2014 (11-02-2013, 03:51 AM)Feat Wrote: This is why I hate animes. >hate >anime Pick one. RE: Do you hate when this happens? - Satan - 01-30-2014 The only time subbed anime bothers me is when I forget I can't understand Japanese and walk away from the computer while watching it thinking I can just listen to what's going on. |
