Protein vanilla yoghurt.

I eat 520 grams a day. It's been over a year, and I still enjoy every mouthful.

I love yoghurt. I find it a good snack any time of the day or as part of breakfast.

Good to read yoghurt Is a staple for you.

I consume 271 grams of protein per day (for my 2-hour workout sessions), hence high-protein yoghurt Is part of my daily needs.

I've tried adding many types of food/Ingredients, but I prefer plain vanilla yoghurt on Its own.

It's definitely my favourite.
