You would be correct, but that is to say that it is not race that effects ones intelligence, but their upbringing. Bring up an Anglo-Saxon in a Nigerian village, they will likely have the same perceived intelligence as others from that village( within normal bounds )

True, yet different races are often native to those particular environments.

Id be interested if you made a similar thread to this, you seem like you could come up with some rather interesting things to discuss, as far as serious discussions go.

I fell Intelligence Do not Deal with Race . its all because of people ( race ) thinking that they are Superior .

from an evolutionary point of view it would make sense, had the process taken place over a longer time. Realistically the different "races" are genetically too similar for there to be a huge difference. Although it is that certain cultures do put a lot more pressure on studying than others, which causes for some "races" to be perceived more intelligent
