My services are not free.
Also I just make them with the pen tool, it's not hard to learn the tool, the creativity is the hard part.

How do you make those curves perfect and equal with the pentool?

How do I make it even on both sides?
I only make one side of the design and mirror it.
How do I make the lines in all the right places with near perfect spacing and curves?
Practice, practice, practice.
I have been doing this a long time and it's just muscle memory and subconscious thinking for me.

No.
Tablets are useless unless you are digital painting.
I have one but i didn't like it at all.

What I mean is those half circles or 1/3 cirlces how do you curve it perfectly?

Just wondering have you use the pen tool? Baghead on hf has a pretty good guide.
