meh. i don't understand the societal infatuation with celebrities. i don't care who they are dating or what they think about issues just because they are in movies, are good at a sport, play music, etc. if i don't know them personally, they are just a human being with a certain talent...the rest of their opinions and life activities don't matter to me.

I think that really it's the same as normal people. There are some that are good, and some that are bad. Of course I do think that money and fame does amplify who you are as a person and amplifies how arrogant or cocky people can get which is a bad thing generally.
Yh thats true but it's sad that people look up to other normal people. I mean like groupies. How can women obsess over a singer then try say they love there man?

I actually agree with that. I do find it disrespectful to flat out say you like a celebrity if you're in a relationship. I think it's the same for either side but females generally don't see the issue with it as much as guys.
