I am guessing that whatever you bought doesn't exists anymore, and if it doesn't then it can't be proven in your case and therefore it can't be proven illegal. Also, Oni and Sinisterly has nothing to do with this, its a matter between you and Paradox.

Paradox is not the current owner, but he is the person you made the deal with. So everything falls under him now, as DZ exists no more and no one took it over. Well the actual site is still a domain, but the site itself isn't active anymore. You have no rights what so ever to claim money back from Oni.
