I think it is a pretty good idea.
I would do my best to handle any trolling very seriously.
Something like this would have helped me a lot in the past when I was having drinking problems.

I like this idea, but only for a couple of sections. I know a large portion of the people on Sinisterly have problems and stuff, so this might be doable. My only concern is the fact people might misuse this feature to low-quality post.

You would still be able to see who posts what so the lq posting shouldn't be too bad.
