I used to - I do not anymore.
Believe it or not, it does take up phrenic bandwidth to tune the music out so you can fixate on what you are actually doing.

Unfortunately I listen to "please hold the line" and 80's music from phone companies during my work.
It can be considered that I work with music but not the desired one.

My life is closely connected with music, so I cannot miss this topic. I have been playing the guitar for a long time and I recently pleased myself with the purchase of a new microphone. But the fact is that I never had my personal one, so I didn't quite understand how to set it up. However, I am very happy that the [Link Redacted] was at hand and came in handy as always. Now I do my work with even more pleasure.

It depends. When it's mindless work or gaming, I listen to music. But when I actually need to focus, I would rather have silence.
When I am listening to music it's metal or vaporwave.
