RE: Is 750ti still good? - Drako - 04-13-2023 You're asking a question that's dependent on what other hardware you'll be pairing the GPU with, and what games you'll be playing. But in general, the 750 Ti is not gonna cut it anymore. You could squeeze some life out of it at 1080p in competitive titles like CS:GO and Overwatch, but not much else. You could pull off using one as a display accelerator at 4K for desktop applications, but nothing resource intensive like gaming. RE: Is 750ti still good? - Dismas - 04-14-2023 750 Ti might be able to run new games on low/medium-ish settings. They were considered mid-range in 2014, so you'll definitely need an upgrade. I appreciate both equally. RE: Is 750ti still good? - BumperCar - 04-14-2023 I am in poverty and can only afford a budget build, why am I getting bullied for getting a 750ti RE: Is 750ti still good? - Dismas - 04-14-2023 (04-14-2023, 12:07 AM)BumperCar Wrote: I am in poverty and can only afford a budget build, why am I getting bullied for getting a 750ti I don't think anyone is bullying... more so pointing out that there will be limitations. The 750 Ti was a decent graphics card in 2014 and it is just as usable now. Newer games are poorly optimized and more intensive, so you're going to have to run at low framerates/settings. For basic workplace functionality, like watching videos or using a browser - it will be plenty. RE: Is 750ti still good? - @bd01010 - 12-05-2023 There is no point in buying a 750ti as you can get a 1080ti or even a 2080super for about the same price. at that point though, you should buy a 3060 or higher I’d probably pick up a 960 instead, but they are both arguably extremely similar. Just make sure to use M.2 drive because hard drive fucking sucks RE: Is 750ti still good? - BLKVED - 12-10-2023 u most be smokin 4K!?!!! buy one from a 2K series for 4K at this point RE: Is 750ti still good? - andrew1619 - 12-21-2023 750ti will work great bro! 650 might even do the trick tbh if you wanna save some cash RE: Is 750ti still good? - notsqdq - 12-26-2023 nah it barely runs modern games in low settings |
