Just because your friends smoke doesn't mean you have to. If you start smoking and want to stop later on in your life it will be very hard.

Don't bother at all. You'll probably get hooked once you begin smoking, seeing as you're put under peer pressure, thus making it hard to quit afterwards.

For some people, 1 day is enough. Just don't try it. Real friend will respect your choice.
