Eh, I don't know. I don't think there are any actual consequences from posting a picture. Maybe there would be consequences if you posted your name or address, but a picture? Some people aren't great looking and might not be comfortable with posting their picture is all.

Assuming EXIF is cleaned, you can still run facial recognition, or employ an expert to use background items to slim the profile.

For example, anonymous here is at least 21, from ohio, has a barbed wire tattoo on his right arm, and a fairly new baby. He also has family in TN(I assume that's a state abbreviation in the US), and only has partial custody over aforementioned son.
