That allows you to use that icon for commercial pruposes. And license will explain you how you can use it.

For example, in the screenshot above the icon requires linkware license.
This means you have to link to their site if you use it.

Anyway i use them, nobody will see that icon and denunciate you for using that without adding credits Tongue

Tomorrow i'll test speed of both converters to choose which is the best.

But icons archive is really empty! It has less packs.

I saw one program on a tutorial on how to make icons for Windows XP, it was called I think GIF Movie Gear. It is really cool, because you can add multiple dimensions and colors of the icon. I personally use that, but it's not the best.

It's a faster method, i usually use these websites to search an icon.
If i don't like them i make a new one with photoshop and I save it as .png file. Then I convert it to .ico using ConvertICO.
