I would find a city, probably close to Isreal, and destroy it and build a new empire and claim my throne and declare myself as God. I would find a city that is a terrorist faction of some sort, and wait until they attacked me, if they didn't attack me they would be spared. I would build a rich city from where I would control the entire world. I would level the current banking system, and start over using gold and silver. Wipe the worlds slate clean so to speak.

My main goal is to study aging and figure out how to live for as long as possible. To cure aging, if you will. If I had all this power, then I would use it to further my goals. After that, I have no real interest in using it to rule the world as much as spending time with people I love and learning and maybe going to mars. :3

Waste it on pointless crap, for example I would force people to build me a huge mansion, then go rent an apartment in Gary and live there.

A better question is what wouldn't I do.
I think I'd be more of like a Batman type person to get some kicks out of it.
But I'd also use it for money. Ruling the world would be a stressful job, especially if you can only annihilate things within your vision. It'd be a difficult task.
