The last thing I need is my whole computer crashing :confuse: RE: Mac on a PC - Cake - 08-03-2013 It's 100% possible and it's called a hackintosh. The only tips i'd give you is that you should for sure make sure you aren't using AMD as there are loads of compatibility issues that have a bunch of random patches. Look up some youtube tutorials for this there are plenty. RE: Mac on a PC - Mafia - 08-04-2013 I done this, it sucked so bad. The software kept crashing and didn't boot on a brand new PC. I may try a different ISO file. I'm not sure if it was my ISO. It was also insanely slow and laggy. Much safer that way. RE: Mac on a PC - Sin - 08-04-2013 A Mac OS on PC would be pretty effing cool
RE: Mac on a PC - Bliss - 08-04-2013 I'm having some doubts about this now actually. The Rainmeter thing that arranges the icons in a line like Mac would do it for me actually
RE: Mac on a PC - Marriland - 08-19-2013 You'd need an all Intel build basically to build a Hackintosh. I'd also suggest not making your PC look like a Mac. If you truly want a Mac, you'd be better off purchasing an older laptop. The idea of making your machine look like another machine is stupid. You could use a virtual machine though. |
