When they close RF, [redacted] has born. @Oni - Closed the compromised and combolist section which had a lot of content from RF. The only thing that make the RF to be shutdown was the Admin went to the US with gear. This gear was confiscated and the admin decided to send a email to customs from an email account that was been used to do shady things on RF (Domain registration).

Don't know if it is that crazy. It is just history repeating itself. It has happened since cybercrime forums appeared on the internet.
The shadowcrew forum is one of the earliest busts that I heard about and that was already 18 years ago...

This type of data is useful if you want to get data from any person or service exposed online. A forum, a site, a blog, etc... The information in those databases is considered garbage or recycle bin stuff as the data had value in original release date. May be re-used for specific cases like password solving but that#s about it.
A good example of a good use of this databases was to crack a password from a popular forum admin panel and report it.

He was buying database to post in the forum and sell rare databases.

We've never allowed government, financial, or infrastructure data. I don't buy/sell anything and I don't offer middleman services.

Hard to narrow it down to just one thing, really...
- He sold credit cards/accounts to an undercover.
- He scammed law enforcement and a telecom company.
- He travelled to the USA with a decrypted laptop, then emailed Customs with the registrar email.
- He offered middleman services to people that were selling worse.
- He used Coinbase (with his documents) to facilitate all of those transactions.
